We are seeking career-oriented, experienced licensed Funeral Directors to join us as 50% equity partners.

Candidates will possess a current Funeral Director's license in the province of intended employment or equivalent, transferrable, credentials from another jurisdiction. You will have demonstrable skills as both an arranger and an embalmer, and a progressive track record of experience, including supervisory or managerial roles. 

As manager of the funeral home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business, overseeing all aspects of operations and business management. These will include customer service, training and supervising staff, marketing and community relations, regulatory compliance, facility and fleet maintenance, inventory and financial management.

Above-average verbal and written communications skills along with a working knowledge of common business and industry software will be significant assets.
